Improve my Poker Game

One of my strongest traits is the ablility to follow directions and I've found some that will do me good.  They come from Daryl Jace at Tournament Poker Edge, an online instructional site.

The first thing to improve tournament play is to compete in cash games particularly 6 max and heads up games.  The next thing I've picked up is to learn EV applications thoroughly and become conversant with the teachings of a fellow named Galford.
